About Ramcare

Beginning life in 1995, Ramcare has grown from a humble one-man set up to a thirteen person ensemble spanning three sites. Since the beginning, Ramcare has put the calibration needs of its customers first and over the last three decades, our scope and abilities have grown to include a huge array of other temperature and humidity work. As well as this, we are familiar with the design of complete process control solutions which are tailored to both specific and general applications. This all comes by virtue of our experience in the industry prior to becoming Ramcare; our long standing history with industry leaders Eurotherm (also based in West Sussex) gives us an extensive knowledge of controllers, recorders and power switches and to this day Ramcare are an approved partner for Eurotherm, as well as Hanwell and Unitemp.

Ramcare are always keen to develop new working relationships. At present we are working in partnership with Eurotherm, Hanwell and Unitemp to deliver more than either company could alone. As well as this, Ramcare are approved to supply equipment made by Rotronic AG. We also work with countless other UKAS assessed calibration labs who specialise in parameters that we do not cover in order to deliver an even more complete service.

Ramcare upholds a stringent and thorough internal process which surpasses the requirements of our various accreditations. Our procedures and integrated management system are assessed on a regular basis by UKAS, BSI and many of our customers. Our engineers are all well versed and highly proficient in the work that they carry out and are subject to rigorous internal and external audits to ensure this. Our dedication to our accreditations and the standards they uphold is paramount in all the work that we do;  our laboratory in Ramcare South has been accredited to the same standard since 1995 and our other two offices have held accreditations for this standard for site calibration since their opening in 2016.
